Mentor an Adult Learner 

Through our partnership with Families First for Mississippi, we have adults that are completing the requirements for their high school diploma. One of the requirements to participate in this program is to be able to read at an advanced level. Some of our adults need reading tutors to help with reading skills. We need local adults that can meet at least twice a month to help these adult students with reading skills or coursework. Our mentors will:

• Tutor an adult learning in reading
• Answer questions, help with assignments, teach study tips and etc.
• Encourage students to continue working
